Rochon, born from Torrance (a suburb in Los Angeles), is the daughter of Zelma Staples. Her parents are Samuel Staples a graphic designer and businessman. Cerritos high school located in Cerritos is where she received her degree from. Rochon received a diploma in broadcast journalism from California State University Dominguez Heights (CSUDH) in 1986. Her other minors include theatre, sociology and theater. Rochon was back at CSUDH in the year 2016 she was the keynote speaker of the College of Arts and Humanities graduation ceremonies.

Heather Storm works as a travel writer, TV host and producer. She is a car lover and has served as a TV host, producer and travel writer for several networks. Heather developed and hosts the online travel show Drive Yourself Local where she tells stories from the locals in rural towns, while touring America using her classic 1965 Ford Mustang. Heather has been featured in a number of television and film shows that include Nightingale as well as Epic Movie.

Ullerup's initial role was of Julia Brynn on the remake television series of Battlestar Galactica in 2006, which aired on the Sci Fi Channel. Ullerup played Ashley Magnus for the first season as well as the second one on Sanctuary before the character was created. Her character was subject to controversy among the people who wanted her return in future shows. But, the show was eventually removed in the year 2012. Ullerup played Bree O'Brien, in Chesapeake Shores. Ullerup was Maggie Thomas, the estranged wife to Michael Thomas, in the film about the disaster Asteroid: Final Impact (2015). Ullerup's recurring role in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered series has been Dale Travers since 2016.
